BOATING
The waters in front of the villa are typically calm and sheltered from the Southwestern monsoon and as such, are a favored location for visiting yachts to moor. It would be possible to arrange a private mooring in front of the property should an owner wish to keep a boat. Further to this, direct stair access from the villa to the water’s edge could be developed which would enable smaller boats and/ or tenders to pull in alongside allowing direct private access from the villa to your boat.

PHUKET TOWN
The villa also affords very easy and quick access to the centre of Phuket’s old town which has become a very vibrant and popular destination for tourists and locals alike.
